What’s New?

* We will now be submitting quilt registrations on-line through an application on Google Forms. You don’t need a Google account to do this.

* There is link to the form at the bottom of this page. It will take you directly to answering questions, adding photo of your entry and submitting the registration. You will receive a confirmation email that the form was submitted with the information you entered.

Instructions and Notes Regarding the quilts:

* Submit one form for each quilt/item registered. Include a photo.

* Quilts must be clean and free of smoke and pet hair. If you are entering multiple quilts, we will try to display them all. If space is an issue, we will contact you to prioritize your entries.

* Quilt sizes must be accurate to within 2 inches of the stated size or the quilt might not be displayed in the chosen category.

* Quilt labels must contain the quilt name, the maker’s name and the quilter’s name (if different from the maker).

* Large and Medium quilts much have a 4-inch sleeve attached to the back (check individual challenge rules for sleeve instructions.)

* Sleeves for Small and Miniature quilts are your choice. Most of these will be hung with the skirt hangers.

* Each quilt must be bagged in a “Ziploc Big Bag” and folded so the quilt label can be seen through the bag.

Regarding the On-Line process:

* You need to have access to the Internet. If you’re on this page, then you do 😊!

* It is highly recommended that you use the on-line form. We don’t all use the same equipment or software. Hence, issues may arise depending on how you access the Internet. If you have a problem, please contact Karen Moss at kitkat01@comcast.net or 301-216-0284 to discuss options.

* To enter your registration, use the link at the bottom of this page.

* Although it may have a statement at the top of the form that you need to have a Google account, you might not. This has been inconsistent. If it won’t let you move on without the Google account, you’ll have to go to Google and create an account.

* If you make a mistake while entering the information and need to go back to a previous question PLEASE, use the BACK button on the bottom of the page. This will keep all the information you’ve entered so far. If you use the browser arrow at the top of the page, it will delete what you’ve entered.

* When saving your photos to your computer before entering your registration, please include your last name in the title. For example: “Moss-My Quilt.”

* Only one photo is allowed for each registration even though the screen will allow you to click the “Add Files” button after you upload a photo. If you do this, you will get an error message.

* After you click the submit button, if all the required information is there, it will submit the registration form.

* You will then get a choice to enter another registration or edit the existing one. Unfortunately, it does not have an “Exit” or “I’m Done” selection. If you’re done entering registrations, you must use the “X” button on the top right of your screen to exit.
