The Silent Auction provides an opportunity for FSQ members to offer both products and services to quilt show attendees.

Guidelines

 

The following are the guidelines for the Silent Auction:

  • Items must be made by FSQ members
  • Services must be performed by FSQ members
  • Please complete a separate registration for each item
  • The maker sets the minimum price for the item(s) or service(s). No item will be sold for less than the minimum bid price
  • A “Buy It Now” price may be offered
  • After payment of sales taxes, the maker receives 70% of the final bid on an item or service and FSQ receives 30%
  • Provide a 4×6 Photo of item or a description of service to be performed
  • Deadline for Registration and Delivery is Quilt Turn-In Day or pass along to Dottie Acton or Margaret Natof before the due date
