  1. Contestants must complete an application form to receive a packet containing three fat quarters of fabric.
  2. Each of the fabrics must appear on the front of the quilt in a recognizable amount. The fabric may appear in the binding, but the recognizable amount must be present in the quilt top. Main judging criteria: Use of fabric, creativity and workmanship.
  3. The maximum perimeter of a quilt or quilted wall hanging is 160". Quilts and wall hangings may be any shape. Wearable items may be any size.
  4. Limited amounts of coordinating fabrics are available at $4.00 per yard.
