Nancy is wearing a 2-piece outfit which was in the 1998 Williamsburg wearables show. The jacket is made of 1" squares of mostly Hoffman batiks which begin in the back and proceed to the front in kind of a trip around the world look. The matching jumper has a strip-pieced bodice and border around the skirt hem with some of the same batiks as the jacket.
