2008 Quilt Show - Silent Auction of Small Quilts

 

Quilts and other items for the Silent Auction were delivered at Guild meetings or delivered directly to Silent Auction Committee co-chairs:  Twila Blume or Mary Lynch.  Silent Auction items were awarded on April 27th, 2008

 

Guidelines

  1. The Silent Auction accepts only items made by FSQ members. See our website at www.friendshipstar.org for a membership application.
  2. Please complete a separate registration form for each item.
  3. The Silent Auction is primarily miniature and small quilts and wall hangings.  Pillows, clothing, stuffed animals, purses, table runners, placemats, Christmas stockings and other quilted items are also accepted.
  4. The maker sets the minimum bid price for the item(s).  No item will be sold for less than the minimum bid price.
  5. The maker receives 70% of the final bid on an item, the Guild receives 30%.
  6. Please provide a photo of your item to be used in the bid book. Photos should not exceed 4 inches by 6 inches.
  7. Registration and delivery deadline is April 19, 2008. If you have any questions, please call one of the committee members listed above.

The Silent Auction will be open for the entire show.  Final auctions of some items will occur each day.  A final auction time for each item will be chosen by lot.
