Please read this before registering your quilt(s).
Our goal is to make sure that every member who wants to have a quilt in our show will be able to.
You may register as many quilts as you like, with the understanding that we may not be able to hang
them all. Some may need to be draped over seats in the theater. So be sure to mark your most
favorite quilt with priority #1 on the registration form and then rank the others accordingly.
We are again using Google Forms to register our quilts. As before, you must use a Google account to
register online. It’s easy to create a Google account if you don’t have one, or you could use a
husband’s or friend’s account.
If not having access to a Google account will prevent you from registering a quilt, please
request a hard-copy registration form from Judy Walsh and she will work out an alternate
solution for you. Her email address in our Member Directory.
Since the tab key is needed to move from question to question, we do NOT recommend using a
phone or other mobile device to fill out the registration form.
You will be asked to include a digital photo of the top of your quilt. Before registering, please be
sure the filename of your digital photo contains your name and the name of your quilt. Example:

While you may send in a photo of just the finished quilt top, all items must be quilted, bound and
labeled by Turn-in on April 23rd.
Only queen- or king-sized quilts must have a hanging sleeve, but all quilts must have an
identifying label with the maker’s name and quilt name securely attached to the back. Pins are
not sufficient.
Note that any quilt longer than about 90″ will touch the floor. Before hanging, we will cover the floor
with paper to keep your long quilts clean. That paper will remain there throughout the show.
After you have registered your quilt, you should receive an email confirmation from Google. The
confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at the beginning of the form. If you do not
receive an email for each quilt within 2 days of registering, please contact Judy Walsh before
re-entering the data! Please also be sure to check your spam folder to see if the confirmation is
there.
When you get your confirmation email from Google, you can see your responses and you will be able
to edit your form if you see a mistake.
